EDTC 1164 Practicum (or Field Experience)-Teacher Assistant/Aide (1) This is a WECM course number. Former course prefix/number EP 703/EP 702/EDUC 7271/EDUC 7371. Prerequisite: The completion of two EDTC courses or Instructor's approval. Practical general training and experiences in the workplace. The college with the employer develops and documents an individualized plan for the student. The plan relates the workplace training and experiences to the student’s general and technical course of study. The guided external experiences may be paid or unpaid. Fundamental concepts and principles of reading instruction.
