This course is an introduction to Spanish speaking, oral comprehension, reading, writing, grammar, and culture. It is strongly recommended that students who plan to study Spanish for more than one semester enroll in Spanish 1411, which includes an extra hour of lab per week (and an extra hour of credit for the course).
