COMPUTER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY -- VISUAL STUDIO DEVELOPER

Cedar Valley, Eastfield, El Centro, Mountain View, North Lake and Richland only

  • Students pursuing this certificate are waived from the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) standards, but must meet course prerequisites.
  • Students must complete 25% of the degree requirements at the college awarding the degree.
  • Degree Plan Code: C1.CIT.VISUAL.ST

    This Certificate provides programmers with skills to evaluate Microsoft .NET tools and technologies, primarily Microsoft Visual Studio® .NET. The courses cover resources for creating applications, components, and services built on the .NET Framework.

    Prerequisite: Prior programming language, preferably Visual Basic, C++, or C#.
