DFTG 1305   Technical Drafting (3) New course added after June 2, 2003
This a WECM course number.
Introduction to the principles of drafting to include terminology and fundamentals, including size and shape descriptions, projection methods, geometric construction, sections, auxiliary views, and reproduction processes. (2 Lec., 4 Lab.)

DFTG 1309   Basic Computer-Aided Drafting (3)
This is a WECM course number. Former course prefix/number CADD 2380.
Prerequisite: None.
An introduction to computer-aided drafting. Emphasis is placed on setup; creating and modifying geometry; storing and retrieving predefined shapes; placing, rotating, and scaling objects, adding text and dimensions, using layers, coordinate systems, and plot/print to scale. (2 Lec., 4 Lab. / 2 Lec, 3 Lab.)

DFTG 2328   Architectural Drafting - Commercial (3) New course added March 14, 2004
This is a WECM course number. Former course prefix/number CADD 2373, DFTG 1354.
Prerequisite: None.
Architectural drafting procedures, practices, and symbols including the preparation of detailed working drawings for a commercial building, with emphasis on construction methods. (2 Lec., 4 Lab.)
