Financial Aid is categorized into two types: Gift Aid and Self-Help Aid. Gift Aid includes grants and scholarships that do not have to be repaid. Self-Help Aid includes Student employment and Student loans. Student loans must be repaid with few exceptions. In all cases, students should make themselves completely familiar with the terms and conditions of financial aid they receive. Brief descriptions of the most common programs are listed.
