MILS 2252 Leadership and Teamwork (2) New course added May 27, 2003
Former course prefix/number MIL 205/MILS 2352. Prerequisite: None. Coursework builds on MILS 2251 learning objectives and focuses on team building, influencing, communicating, decision-making, creative problem solving, planning and organizational skills through direct learning experiences. Experiential learning activities are designed to challenge the cadet’s current beliefs, knowledge and skills. Course work also introduces the student to individual and team aspects of military tactics in small unit operations. Requires concurrent enrollment in MILS 1180 leadership lab and participation in weekly physical fitness training, plus optional participation in a weekend field training exercise. (2 Lec.)
