To request a free copy of your transcript, write or fax the Admissions/Registrar's office at the DCCCD you last attended. You can also make your request online through the DCCCD websute. The registrar needs a dated and signed letter that includes the following:

• Your name
• A copy of your driver's license
• Your Social Security number (optional)
• When you attended
• Where to send the transcript
