The DCCC shall consider all federal laws pertaining to individuals with disabilities when assessing and advising such students. The Disability Services Office on each DCCC campus will identify and provide, on an individualized basis, appropriate accommodations for assessment of students with disabilities. The Disability Services Office will also determine, in conjunction with campus TSI coordinators, when a student with a learning disability has completed remediation requirements to the satisfaction of the institution and "met" TSI standards. Such determination will be based on, among other factors, appropriate and sufficient documentation of a student's disability.
