Associate in Arts/Associate in Sciences Emphasis Degrees
The college offers a number of "emphasis" degrees in specific majors. An "emphasis" degree is one designed by the college. It includes the core curriculum required in all degrees plus courses within the student's desired major. Students pursuing an "emphasis" degree should work closely with an advisor to ensure all courses will transfer and count toward the major at the selected institution to which the student plans to transfer.
