The college employs 129 full-time and more than 600 adjunct faculty members. Faculty credentials, typically for those teaching transfer courses, include a master’s or doctoral degree, with at least 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline. In non-transfer and developmental programs, faculty may hold a baccalaureate or an associate’s degree in the teaching field depending on accreditation standards and industry standards.
