CDEC 1317 Child Development Associate Training I (3) This is a WECM Course Number. Prerequisite: None. Based on the requirements for the Child Development Associate National Credential (CDA). Topics on CDA overview, general observation skills, and child growth and development overview. The four functional areas of study are creative, cognitive, physical, and communication. Students will be required to submit to and pass a criminal background search as prescribed by the program and college. (3 Lec.) |
