CDEC 2328 Administration of Programs for Children II (3) This is a WECM Course Number. Prerequisite: Child Development 2326. An in-depth study of the skills and techniques in managing early care and education programs, including legal and ethical issues, personnel management, team building, leadership, conflict resolution, stress management, advocacy, professionalism, fiscal analysis and planning, parent education/partnerships, and technical applications in programs. Students will be required to submit to and pass a criminal background search as prescribed by the program and college. (3 Lec.) |
