WLDG 1230 Introduction to Gas Metal Arc (GMAW) Welding (2)
This is a WECM Course Number. Prerequisite: None. A study of the principles of gas metal arc welding, setup and use of GMAW equipment, and safe use of tools/equipment. Instruction in various joint designs. This course is cross-listed as WLDG 1430. The student may register for either WLDG 1230 or WLDG 1430, but may receive credit for only one of the two. (1 Lec., 3 Lab.)
