The Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant program is for undergraduates with exceptional financial need. These are students with the lowest Expected Family Contributions (EFC). Federal regulations give priority to students who receive federal Pell Grants. Eligibility requirements include enrollment for at least 3 credit hours.
