CNBT 2315 Construction Specifications and Contracts (3)
This is a WECM Course Number. Prerequisite: None. A study of the legal aspects of written construction specifications. Topics include tax, insurance, and lien requirements in their contractual form, as well as their implementation, modification, and administration. An overview of the legal ramifications resulting from the non-compliance or misinterpretation by the contracting parties. (2 Lec., 2 Lab.)
