SRGT 1541 Surgical Procedures I (5) New course added May 7, 2007
This is a WECM Course Number.
Prerequisite: A minimum "C" grade or better in all prerequisite and previous semester support and Surgical Technology course work. Concurrent enrollment in, or a minimum "C" grade or better in HPRS 1202. Concurrent enrollment in SRGT 1542 and 1367.
Introduction to surgical pathology and its relationship to surgical procedures. Emphasis on surgical procedures related to the general, OB/GYN, genitourinary, and orthopedic surgical specialties incorporating instruments, equipment, and supplies required for safe patient care. (5 Lec.)
