MDCA 1205   Medical Law and Ethics (2)
This is a WECM Course Number.
Prerequisite: GED or High School Diploma and admission to program.
Instruction in principles, procedures, and regulations involving legal and ethical relationships among physicians, patients, and medical assistants. Includes current ethical issues and risk management as they relate to the practice of medicine and fiduciary responsibilities. (2 Lec.)
