HPRS 1202   Wellness and Health Promotion (2)
This is a WECM Course Number.
Prerequisite: None.
An overview of wellness theory and its application throughout the lifespan of an individual. Focus is on attitude development, impact of cultural beliefs, and communication of wellness. Integration of common and alternative health practices and solutions to overall well-being are studied, assessed, and explored for the community. (2 Lec.)
