BITC 1302   Biotechnology Laboratory Methods and Techniques (3)
This is a WECM Course Number.
Prerequisite: BITC 1311 and/or approval of the instructor.
A study of laboratory operations, management, equipment, instrumentation, quality control techniques, and safety procedures. Laboratory practice in using pH meters, mixing buffers, performing measurements, preparing solutions, and performing separatory techniques to specifications; and practice laboratory safety. (2 Lec., 3 Lab.)
