The Texas Rehabilitation Commission offers tuition assistance to students who are vocationally challenged as a result of a physically or mentally disabling condition. This assistance is generally limited to students who are not receiving other forms of financial aid. For information, contact the Texas Division for Rehabilitative Services at 1-800-628-5115.
