ITMT 1450 Implementing, Managing, and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure: Network Services (4)
This is a WECM Course Number. Prerequisite: ITMT 1400 and ITMT 1440 or instructor approval. Implementing routing; implementing, managing, and maintaining Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) Domain Name System (DNS), and Windows Internet Name Service (WINS); securing Internet Protocol (IP) traffic with Internet Protocol security (IPSec) and certificates; implementing a network access infrastructure by configuring the connections for remote access clients; and managing and monitoring network access. This course is cross-listed as ITMT 1350. The student may register for either ITMT 1350 or ITMT 1450, but may receive credit for only one of the two. (3 Lec., 4 Lab.)
