DFTG 1409 Basic Computer-Aided Drafting (4)
This is a WECM Course Number.
Prerequisite: None.
An introduction to basic computer-aided drafting. Emphasis is placed on drawing setup; creating and modifying geometry; storing and retrieving predefined shapes; placing, rotating and scaling objects, adding text and dimensions, using layers, coordinating systems; as well as input and output devices. This course is cross-listed as DFTG 1309. The student may register for either DFTG 1409 or DFTG 1309, but may receive credit for only one of the two. (2 Lec., 5 Lab.)
