ELECTRONICS TECHNOLOGY--NETWORKING SPECIALIST

  • Students pursuing this certificate are waived from the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) standards, but must meet course prerequisites.
  • Students must earn at least 25% of the credit hours required for graduation through instruction by the college awarding the degree.

Degree Plan Code: C1.ELEC.NWK.SPEC

This certificate is designed to prepare students for an entry level position in the networking or telecommunications industries. Course options will be typically selected either in the Microsoft MCSE or Cisco CCNA certification areas. All of the courses in the certificate are applicable to the Associate in Applied Sciences degree in Electronics Technology.
