BNKG 2372   Loan Underwriting (3)
This is a Local Need Course.
Prerequisite: None.
This course is designed to provide an introduction to mortgage loan underwriting. This will include a review and training in all facets of risk analysis and collateral review. Topics covered in detail will be the conventional underwriting review process. Additional topics will be a basic review of the differences in FHA and VA underwriting requirements and the determination of credit risk and analysis of collateral used in the determination of risk of collateral value used in Sub Prime underwriting. (3 Lec.)
