TRVM 1327 Special Events Design (3) This is a WECM Course Number. Prerequisite: None. Focus on planning and managing special events in the meeting planning area. An overview of the entire sequence of events from conceptual stage of the first meeting through completion of the event. Emphasis on technical planning skills including site selection, negotiating with suppliers, devising meeting specifications, preparing a budget, and working with facility staff to manage a successful event.
