NANO 2326 Nanotechniques and Instrumentation (3) This is a WECM Course Number. Prerequisite: NANO 2325. Application of nanotechniques and instrumentation to both process nanomaterials and to build and characterize nanodevices. Includes a team project to design, build, and/or characterize a nanodevice. Emphasizes repair of selected equipment used in nanotechnology. (2 Lec., 4 Lab.) |
