CHEM 2401 Quantitative Analysis (4)
This is a Texas Common Course Number. Prerequisite: Chemistry 1412, Mathematics 1314 or Mathematics 1414. A survey of methods used in analytical chemistry: gravimetric and volumetric methods based on equilibria, oxidation-reduction, and acid-base theory, spectrophotometry, chromatography and electroanalytical chemistry. (2 Lec., 6 Lab.)
