Prepares Cisco-qualified students to take two Cisco certification exams: Managing Cisco Network Security and Cisco Secure PIX Firewall. Includes configuring secure Cisco routers and PIX firewalls. Utilizing Microsoft.NET framework to develop, share, and maintain objects across distributed networks including the Internet. The course will include multi-platform access to data stored on a Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) server database, 3-tier, and n-tier implementation, and use of the Internet as the enterprise connectivity medium in corporate applications.
