SPAN 2317 Spanish for Business II (3)
This is a Texas Common Course Number. Prerequisite: Spanish 2316 or the equivalent or demonstrated competence approved by the instructor. This course is devoted to the continued development of business language skills with a focus on the accurate use of business vocabulary and business style. Emphasis is on preparing students to function using Spanish in a business setting via practice of receptive and productive linguistic skills. The course also provides training in cross-cultural communication skills and is designed to help students achieve levels of proficiency to meet foreign language needs for business and international trade.
