ITCC 2459   Advanced Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) (4)
This is a WECM Course Number.
Prerequisite: EECT 2337 or EECT 2437 or instructor approval.
Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) architecture, components, and functionality. Includes VOIP signaling, call control, voice dial plans, configuring voice interfaces, dial peers, and quality of service (QoS) technologies. This course is cross-listed as ITCC 2359. The student may register for either ITCC 2359 or ITCC 2459, but may receive credit for only one of the two. (3 Lec., 4 Lab.)

Designated by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board for transfer among community colleges and state public four year colleges and universities as freshman and sophomore general education courses.
