BNKG 1370   Loan Closing: Shipping and Warehousing (3)
This is a Local Need Course.
The purpose of this course is to prepare the student to understand the dynamics of loan closing and their impact on real estate loans. This course can be one of several to prepare the individual to become more aware of all the aspects of the mortgage banking industry. This course will help students to develop the understanding and skills necessary to become more effective reviewers of real estate loans. This course integrates all aspects of understanding the federal regulations documentation required and the processing of real estate loans. It incorporates the understanding and importance and purpose of each and every document involved in real estate transactions. Various techniques and tools will be reviewed, as will the understanding the importance of properly completion of these legal documents. (3 Lec.)
