MSST 1302 Medical Staff Law (3)

Designed to introduce students to the U.S. legal system as it applies to credentialing and peer review aspects of the health care delivery system and Medical Staff Services including legal terminology, statutes, ethical decisions, liability and negligence in credentialing and peer review activities.
