EECT 1403 Introduction to Telecommunications (4)
This is a WECM Course Number.
An overview of the telecommunications industry. Topics include the history of the telecommunications industry, terminology, rules and regulations and industry standards and protocols. This course is cross-listed as EECT 1303. The student may register for either EECT 1403 or EECT 1303, but may receive credit for only one of the two. (3 Lec., 3 Lab.)
