This is a Local Need Course. This course provides the student the opportunity to develop communications skills necessary to interact with clients in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Emphasis is placed upon developing problem-solving techniques and providing appropriate levels of customer service and problem resolution. Students will explore how to best plan for internal staff support and training and will master the complex interactions that occur during the software development release phase between a technology provider, its developers and staff, and the customer.
