CNBT 2373 Introduction to Construction Management (3)
This is a WECM Course Number.
This course is designed to provide an integrated look at the practice of construction management. The course material will cover various tools used by the construction manager. It include bidding, estimating and scheduling, contract and project documentation, change order management, accident prevention and loss control, and productivity improvement. (3 Lec.)
