BNKG 1391 Special Topics in Banking and Financial Support Services (3)
This is a WECM Course Number.
This course provides the student with comprehensive training in mortgage loan closing with an in-depth study of title commitments/policies, engineer's survey, deed restrictions, and various documents (legal and other) used for residential mortgage loans. This course may be repeated if topics and learning outcomes vary. (3 Lec.)
