VTHT 2201 Canine and Feline Clinical
Management (2)
This is a WECM Course Number. Prerequisite: Students must have successfully completed VTHT 1401 with a minimum grade of "C." Survey of feeding, common management practices, and care of canines and felines in a clinical setting. Review of common diseases of canines and felines encountered in the practice of veterinary medicine. The student will apply appropriate sanitation and disease prevention techniques; utilize appropriate medication procedures; implement knowledge of nutrition, reproduction, and behavior of canines and felines in a clinical setting; and recognize common disease pathophysiology. (2 Lec., 1 Lab.)
