SLNG 1404 American Sign Language (ASL) I (4)
This is a WECM Course Number.
Prerequisite: -- Concurrent enrollment: ENGL 1301. Concurrent enrollment: SLNG 1111.
An introduction to the basic skills in production and comprehension of American Sign Language (ASL). Includes the manual alphabet and numbers. Develops conversational ability, culturally appropriate behaviors, and exposes students to ASL grammar. (3 Lec., 2 Lab.)
