This certificate program will provide education and training for individuals interested in developing their knowledge and skills needed for working as an entry level technician in a network operating center. This program gives the student an opportunity to combine computer skills with telecommunications knowledge that are required to work in a network operation center.

Course(s) may be substituted for ITSC 1401, BCIS 1405, or COSC 1401 for those who demonstrate current computer literacy.
