DANC 2303   Dance Appreciation (3)
This is a Texas Common Course Number.
Prerequisite: Developmental Reading 0093 or English as a Second Language (ESOL) 0044 or have met the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) standard in Reading.
The cultural, historical and aesthetic qualities of dance are presented through lectures, films, videos, demonstrations and dance productions. Primitive, classical and contemporary dance forms are included. (3 Lec.)
