The college does not require proof of immunizations for admission to most programs. However, all prospective students should have adequate immunization for bacterial meningitis, diphtheria, measles (also known as rubeola), rubella, mumps, tetanus and poliomyelitis. (See Department of Health and Human Services Recommended Adult Immunization Schedule at http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/recs/schedules/downloads/adult/2009/adult-schedule.pdf.) Some health-related programs require specific immunizations prior to admission; that information is outlined in student orientations for those programs.
