DFTG 1271 CADD Operations (2)
This is a Local Need Course. A course in hardware selection, setup, and use of a CAD station. Emphasis is placed on control of the operating system, file management, and keyboarding. Topics address: software installation, hardware installation and configuration, such as mouse, tablet, printers, plotters, graphics adapters, and other configurable items such as communication ports, and serial ports. An introduction to word processing and spreadsheets is included. (1 Lec., 2 Lab.)
