Minimum Passing TSI Standards
The DCCCD will use the following minimum passing standards (in scaled scores) to determine a student's readiness to enroll in freshman-level academic coursework. In addition to following the Texas Success Initiative requirements, DCCCD also requires additional prerequisite requirements for select college courses. Please see the DCCCD course descriptions for prerequisite requirements. A new DCCCD writing prerequisite requirement became effective fall 2007.
DCCCD follows the Texas Success Initiative requirements and DCCCD prerequisite standards.
