Course Description: A course in the unique aspects of managing a small business. Topics address management functions including how managers plan, exercise leadership, organize, and control the operations. (3 Lec.)

Small Business Financing
This is a WECM Course Number.
Course Description: A study of the financial structure of a small business. Topics address business finance, including where the funds come from and what they are used for; budgeting including planning and preparing, record keeping, taxation, insurance, and banking. (3 Lec.)

Small Business Management/Entrepreneurship

Course Description: Starting, operating, and growing a small business. Includes essential management skills, how to prepare a business plan, accounting, financial needs, staffing, marketing strategies, and legal issues. (3 Lec.)
