- CLOSED: the award is no longer offered by the college(s) indicated. Students who have already filed an official degree plan for this award and who plan to graduate under this award title are encouraged to contact a college advisor and the Registrar's Office for more details.
- DEACTIVATED: the award has been deactivated by the college(s) indicated and is scheduled to close within 36 months from the date of deactivation. (Deactivation Dates Indicated: September 1 indicates fall semester, January 1 indicates spring semester, and June 1 indicates summer semester.) Students who have already filed an official degree plan for this award and who plan to graduate under this award title are encouraged to contact a college advisor and the Registrar's Office for more details.
- INCLUDES UPDATES: the award includes updates that were added after the printed catalog was released for the current catalog year. New students who are entering the college for the first time should follow the current version of the award.
