Verification of Enrollment Requests

Verification of enrollment requests will be processed as outlined within the directory information section of FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act). FERPA provides students the right to have some control over the disclosure of information from educational records. Verification of enrollment requests are processed after the 12^th class day for the Fall and Spring semesters and after the 4^th class day for the Summer I and II sessions in the order they are received. Verification of enrollment requests can be made to the college registrar online at www.dcccd.edu/Future Students/Admissions and Registration/Pages/Admissions and Registrar Offices.aspx or by fax, mail or in person. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
