Earth Science
This is a Texas Common Course Number. This is a DCCCD Core Curriculum Course.
Prerequisite: One of the following must be met: (1) Developmental Reading 0093 or (2) English as a Second Language (ESOL) 0044 or (3) have met the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) Reading standard.
Course Description: This course is for the non-science major. It is an introductory survey of physical geology, historical geology, oceanography, meteorology, and astronomy. It relates the interaction of the earth sciences to the physical world. (3 Lec., 3 Lab.)
