FERPA provides students the right to have some control over the disclosure of information from educational records. Verification of enrollment requests are processed after the 12^th class day for the Fall and Spring semesters and after the 4^th class day for the Summer I and II sessions in the order they are received. Verification of enrollment requests can be made to the college registrar online at www.dcccd.edu/Future Students/Admissions and Registration/Pages/Admissions and Registrar Offices.aspx or by fax, mail or in person. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
