Beginning Ancient Greek II
This is a Texas Common Course Number. This is a DCCCD Core Curriculum Course.
Prerequisite: GREE 1411 or the equivalent or demonstrated competence approved by the instructor.
Course Description: This is the second semester of academic transfer Ancient Greek. This course continues the reading, writing, grammar and cultural studies begun in GREE 1411. Students are expected to acquire a substantial amount of vocabulary and begin to deal with idiomatic language and more advanced syntax. This course is cross-listed as GREE 1312 but is also used in Study Abroad programs. Students may register for either GREE 1412 or GREE 1312 but may receive credit for only one of the two. (3 Lec., 2 Lab.)
