Course Description: Unique aspects of creating and managing an E-Commerce business; topics address the Internet, infrastructure for electronic commerce, markup languages, web-based tools and software, security issues, electronic payment systems, strategies for marketing, sales and purchasing, legal, ethical and tax issues, management functions including how managers plan, exercise leadership, organize, and control the operations. Small Business Management/Entrepreneurship

Course Description: Starting, operating, and growing a small business. Includes essential management skills, how to prepare a business plan, accounting, financial needs, staffing, marketing strategies, and legal issues. (3 Lec.)
